Published by the Company Manager and understood and adopted by all staff. It has set the quality policy to ensure the quality of the inspection results. NOVATEST undertakes to fulfill all the requirements of its quality policy. In the inspection activities we carry out with our working standards that are traceable to international or national standards;

* To provide quality and reliable service to our customers as a Type A Inspection Organization by using national/international standards and methods or inspection methods specified under special conditions, within the framework of current legislation and TS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 Standard,
* To provide timely, error-free and professional service based on customer satisfaction,
* Being responsible for the protection of confidential information and proprietary rights of customers by adhering to the principles of independence, impartiality and confidentiality in the services provided by all personnel,
* To increase customer satisfaction, to take the measures defined in the quality system when the customer does not comply with the conditions agreed on,
* Determining the training needs of all personnel and providing training. To ensure that they learn and implement the quality policy and documents through trainings,
* Our basic principles are to set annual targets in accordance with the quality system, to carry out our activities in accordance with the targets and to continuously improve the efficiency of service quality management and service quality.
